1. Daily Backups

The last thing you want is to spend months planning your wedding and then lose it all in a server crash. We keep a daily backup of your website. If you make some errors when updating your site or if there is a server issue, or one of your Guests finds a way to ruin something then we can just roll you back to the last good backup - free! (limits apply) more

2. Support tickets

We have a support ticket system. If you have any questions then log in with your user name and password into THIS site and click the link that appears in your user menu "submit a support ticket" and type away.  All tickets are answered in 24 hours. more

3. Video Tutorials

All the common tasks that you can perform have been screen-captured and presented in a video tutorial. This makes operating our site easy!
