•  Event Calendar. You can add dates, register guests to events and then send invitations and updates to everyone with one email. Events have Google Maps built in so everyone knows where to go;
• Drawing Tool . This is a cool drawing panel with text features so you can create your seating plan online, draw maps or instructions - anything you need to draw;
• File upload . Does the function centre need to send their menu, wine list etc? Too many files to email and keep track of? By creating a sign-in for them, they can upload to their own upload area, so only you and they can see what is there. Organise all your files, menus, dress photos in the one area in complete privacy.
