We have a private space where guests can upload documents, photos, videos, anything you like. With a healthy 20 MB limit, it is great for uploading files that are too big to email.

 

Each Guest will have an upload area created for them automatically when they start to load their first file. This area is theirs only, and cannot be accessed by other guests.

 

The administrator(s) however can see a drop-down list of all upload areas, and can view and delete any file. The administrator also receives an email automatically when a new file is loaded to any upload area.

 

 This is great for sharing photos of the cake or dress without everyone being able to see it.

 

Your contractors can also use this to upload photos of the decorations, catalogues, contracts etc that you may not want everyone to see.
