Maintain a list of your guests, send out emails with a single click to all your guests or selected guests. You can arrange your guest into groups, such as "bridal party", "relatives", "friends" etc. 

We provide a calendar that allows you to set up your important dates and automatically email reminders about those dates, one week out and the day before. This is great for fittings, booking deadlines, hens nights etc. more

You can upload as many photos and organise them into as many galleries as you like. Better yet, you can limit galleries to groups, just the thing if you dont want to spoil the surprise about the bridal dresses but need to upload photos so the bridal party can check the style or colour for shoes or flowers. more

You can chat to your guests through our chatbox. This is great to remind people about arrangements, ask questions or allow your guests to ask you a question everyone may benefit from. This feature also gets used for guests to catch up with each other - always a great benefit of weddings! more

 

Our site has full video capability. You can upload your own videos to help plan the wedding, or afterward to share your special moment. Now you can share your video with guests who could not attend from all over the world. Our video server offers much higher resolution than does YouTube or other video sharing sites. (Note limits apply).

 

Our site is also directly compatible with over 30 file sharing sites, so you can share videos from YouTube, Revver, MetaCafe, Google Video and many more. This feature is especially useful if you want to share a video you have seen that may ilustrate a video style you want your videogropher to copy, or had dresses you wanted the bridal party to check out etc. There is no limit to the number of shared videos you can setup. more

 

This is a handy directory for you to record the names of your contractors and merchants, like the florist, hire car, cake etc. This comes with automatic Google Maps lookup, so everyone can see where they are supposed to be and who they are supposed to see. more

 

The easiest way to talk to everyone is through the blog.  Simply log in and then type your thoughts. It's that simple! more

 

We have a private space where each Guest can upload documents, photos, videos, anything you like. With a healthy 20 MB limit, it is great for uploading files that are too big to email. Only the person that loaded the file and the site admin (thats you) will be able to get access to the file. You can also upload a public file for everyone to see - great for sharing a brochure.  more

 

You can send an ecard to any Guest on your site,  individually or multiple receivers. You can use one of our provided ecards or upload your own. The site even tells you when teh card has been read. Great for sending invitations to hens nights, suit fittings etc to be sure the receiver has seen the invite. more

 

 

We have a support ticket system. If you have any questions then simply click on support and submit a ticket. All tickets are answered in 24 hours.

We also offer daily backups as standard. These are invisible, you need not do anything. The last thing you want is to spend months planning your wedding and then lose it all in a server crash. We keep a daily backup of your website. If you make some errors when updating your site or if there is a server issue, or one of yoru Guests finds a way to ruin something then we can just roll you back to the last good backup - free! (limits apply)

 

Your site comes with a foul language filter installed that rejects comments and content containing words on the list. We have pre-installed the most common foul words for you, feel free to add/change this list as you see fit. Warning: if bad language offends, open this settings panel at your own risk. 

 

Just a bit of fun - we enter your wedding date and time and the hours tick down - just the thing to remind you of how much time you dont have left!

 

We asked you for the postcode of where you are marrying and this weather forecast gives the weather today and (if you click on it) for the next week. This is great for Guests who are travelling to your wedding to see what clothes they should pack.

 

Just the thing for Guests who are interstate or overseas to check the local time before calling you (in the middle of the night).
